Today I decided to reflect on how I'm feeling instead of just posting my #ootd/outfit of the day.
I feel the desire to share about myself so you know that I too go through some tough days. I have come to the conclusion that in life you are going to hit rock bottom about something at some point. We focus so much on work and school or other serious issues, that we forget to appreciate and enjoy the little things in life.
All I had been focused on was school & work and I was actually getting fed up and not happy anymore. I was focusing on the negative and not the Positive. Even though I realize we need work and school I was just in a place where I was fed up and thinking when does it get better?
A week ago I started going on 30 minute jogs and it helped clear my mind so much, it was well needed. I started seeing my mood change and I was smiling more often plus I was getting fit. Smile everyday ,even when you are sad, find something positive out of a situation, it could be worse! How can God bless you with more when you cannot appreciate the little that you have now?
I advice anyone out there stressing about anything to take 30 minutes out of your day and do something for yourself that will make you happy & forget about everyone and everything in the world. You will feel at peace and so much happiness inside of you. Don't answer your phone, go for a jog, walk on the beach, listen to music,read a book.
Always smile and greet others whenever you walk by you will never know how that makes you feel alive!
